Treatments
Mind, Body and Soul
I’m a caring Massage Therapist specializing in a variety of holistic treatment services that address the root causes and not just the symptoms of pains and ailments. Contact me to find out more about how I can help you.
Swedish/Relaxation Massage
Swedish massage is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief
Deep Tissue Massage
A deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles).
Hot Stone Massage
The localized heat and weight of the stones warm and relax muscles, allowing the pain and tension to melt away.
Reflexology
This can be used in conjunction with other alternative therapies. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.
Sports massage
The benefits of a sports massage are, increased flexibility, improved circulation, and decreased risk of injury. Be prepared for some ROM to lengthen tight muscles and deep pressure to release restrictions.
Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness meditation is a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm both your mind and body.
Reiki
Reiki is a complementary healing method with roots in both Japanese Medicine and Christian healing. It is a treatment used by individuals as an alternative way to restore balance and flow of the energy of the body by hands placed over the body or lightly touching to assist the body's natural ability to heal.
Trigger Point Therapy
A trigger point is a "hyperirritable spot in the skeletal muscle." These sensitive points are often associated with a palpable nodule in the taut muscle fibers and when compressed elicit a tender pain or a twitch response. I describe it as the "hurt so good" kind of feeling.
IASTM
This is instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization using tools to release fascial restrictions. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
Cupping
Cupping is an alternative therapy that uses suction cups to stimulate your skin and muscles. The suction helps relieve muscle tension, and increases circulation to promote cell repair, and aid in other regeneration.
To keep the body in good health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.

Who I Am and What I Do
My Background
My experience in healthcare includes being a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant since 2008 working with a wide range of injuries and illnesses in all populations from pediatrics to geriatrics. I soon realized the powerful benefit of therapeutic touch and became a Certified Reiki Practioner in 2009. More recently, I took the opportunity to study the art of Mindfulness and received Levels l, ll, lll, and Master Mindfulness Practitioner Certification. I then decided to expand my training and worked toward becoming a LMT in 2020. I’m a passionate healer with an alternative approach and I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve and maintain a balanced, healthy state of mind and body. My treatments are outcome-driven and the modalities I use are evidence-based, specifically tailored to the needs of each client to make sure they receive the approach that works best for them.
